Long before Indigo Sea was born, when we started making things in Bali, we witnessed brightly colored chemical dyes flowing directly into the river. This was a huge shock, and it strengthened our desire to "create products that are as kind to nature as possible," which led us to plant dyeing. We want to grow as a brand while never forgetting that original spirit.
Choosing products that are kind to the planet and the working environment is about protecting the future and our lives. We are still a new company, but we are starting small with what we can do.

Our products are entirely made in Bali, from sewing to natural dyeing. We value face-to-face communication, meeting and talking directly with each factory representative, and we strive to achieve mutually agreeable pricing (fair trade), maintain quality, and grow together so that a satisfying profit cycle can be created.
